Shane Clifton is a lived experience researcher and policy leader dedicated to advancing inclusive governance, ethics, and disability policy. Working alongside disabled people's organisations, peak bodies, and government agencies, his research bridges theoretical ethics and practical policy reform.
Dr. Damien Mellifont - CDRP Leadership Team
As a neurodivergent researcher, Damian Mellifont leads studies advancing the economic and social inclusion of people with disability. A CDRP Leadership Group member with a decade at the centre and extensive government policy experience, Damian consistently champions the 'Nothing About Us Without Us' mantra across all disability research.
